Find a Tenant
This is, as the name suggests, our basic services were you to supply the details of the garages or parking space you have to let, we market the units, find you a tenant and collect the rent on your behalf. As the owner you will be responsible for the management of the units; these may include informing the council of occupation, any regulative requirements and the maintenance of the unit.
Full Management
This is probably the most effective service for you, the owner. Simply supply give us details of the garage units and a set of keys and we’ll do the rest. We can maximise your income with the use of short-term lets between longer-term lets and provide a full management service for your units.
